Return and Refund Policy

Refundable Items

  1. Time Limit:

    • Returns are accepted within 10-12 business days from the date of delivery.
  2. Defect or Damage:

    • If the product is damaged or defective, we will accept the return.
    • Please email photos of the product showing the defect or damage to info@racersarena.com before processing the return.
    • In such cases, we will refund the full amount.
  3. Sizing Issues:

    • Buyer-side issue: If the incorrect size is ordered by the buyer, 30% of the payment will be deducted from the refund.
    • Seller-side error: If we deliver the wrong size, the full amount will be refunded, and the product must be returned.
  4. Product Condition:

    • The product must be returned in its original condition and with similar packaging.
  5. Shipping Costs:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Custom Products:

    • Products with customizations such as size, color, logos, or badges are non-refundable and non-returnable.
    • Any changes from the original product design requested by the customer will render the product ineligible for return.
  2. Boots and Gloves:

    • Returns or refunds are not accepted for boots and gloves.
    • However, if there is a defect or damage, we will refund 100% of the amount upon return.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the same account used for payment (PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card).
  • Processing time is 6-8 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Although we offer free shipping worldwide, the original shipping charges we incur will be deducted from the refund amount.

  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours to assist with the return process.
