Kawasaki Racing Leather Jacket SPECIFICATIONS AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS:

• Motorcycle Jacket is manufactured with high-quality selected leather, which is specially made for motorcycle Jacket.

• Internally shoulder and elbow CE-approved protection is applied.

• Foam padding is applied to the elbow to reduce the impact of the crash.

• The sleeves are pre-curved for the best riding position.

• Critical places of the Jacket are dual and triple stitched for Jacket durability.

• YKK zipper is applied to close the Jacket securely.

• Dual-density armors (removable) protect the shoulders and elbows.

• A dual-density spine protector (removable) is used for protecting the back.

• For extra safety, rubber padding is applied to critical parts. (Optional)

• For the Safety of the neck and backbone, the Aerodynamic extended speed hump was added. (Optional)

OUTER SHELL:

• Motorcycle Jacket Manufactured from high-quality top grain cowhide leather with a thickness of 1.2mm to 1.3mm.

• Stretch Kevlar is applied to specific places of the sleeves and cuffs to make the jacket comfortable and flexible.

• For external protection CE Approved Protectors are placed on the shoulder and elbow.

• The jacket has front and cuffs YKK zips for easy wearing and closing.

• Velcro straps are placed on the neck and cuff to keep the Jacket zips tightly closed.

• Soft neoprene is added in collar and cuffs construction according to the design of the Jacket.

• The Jacket is stitched with high-quality nylon thread to strengthen it.

INNER SHELL:

• Polyester mesh lining is applied inside the motorcycle jacket.

• Inside the Jacket, dual-density removable armor CE approved is fitted on the shoulder and elbow.

• Inside the Jacket, a dual-density spine protector (removable) is used for protecting the back.

• Inside the Jacket, for the safety of the neck and backbone added the Aerodynamic extended speed hump. (Optional)

• Inside the Jacket, a mesh pocket is also attached to the both side.
